At Q-Park, we’re known for quality in parking. We also have an excellent reputation for customer convenience. We introduced ANPR and our innovative PaSS platform in 2018 for easy access and exit at our parking facilities. Since then we’ve added functionality for pre-booking, contactless transactions, season tickets and business portals (Event Portal, Fleet Portal and Visitor Portal).

Now we’ve taken this a step further. We’ve bundled the convenience of PaSS and contactless payments into one app for all countries in which we operate, and added on-street parking in the Netherlands. Our app serves our season ticket holders, fleet managers and all customers who want seamless parking without extra costs.

Our innovation means that Dutch customers can use the Q-Park app for all their parking needs – in our car parks and on-street.

Multifunctional app

The innovative Q-Park app is convenient. It supports the customer’s journey from door to door. It provides relevant information and generally makes parking easier and more digital. Customers have all they need for convenient parking at their fingertips:

  • plan journey and decide where to park

  • link to maps for easy navigation

  • link to website to pre-book a space or parking deal

  • pay per time unit parked and no transaction costs

  • no need to look for a payment machine or fumble for a bank card:

    • drive in and out based on automatic number plate recognition (ANPR)

    • start on-street parking with your mobile

  • easily add a season ticket

  • easily switch payment card or add another number plate

  • smart overview of parking transactions

Customers can use the QR code in the app to open pedestrian doors or in cases where ANPR doesn’t open the barrier automatically.

Service with a smile

The Q-Park app is available in the local languages of all the countries in which we operate. Users can select their language which gives them access to FAQs, customer service and much more.

When something goes wrong, customers want to interact with a Parking Host or Customer Service Rep. Through the app, customers can reach Q-Park customer service via social media channels as well as by phone. Our customer service representatives have access to a bespoke environment to troubleshoot problems and help customers resolve their queries with their number plate, payments or their account.

Benefits for our partners

With our integrated parking app, we can add value for partners and municipalities. When customers consult the app to plan where to park, they can easily see the price of on-street parking and compare to nearby off-street options. This makes it easier for visitors to make an informed choice about where to park.

By introducing transparent pricing policies, municipalities can nudge motorists to park in car parks rather than on the streets. The app informs customers about SMART options and encourages visitors to inner cities to make conscious travel and parking choices. As a result, the app contributes to reducing search traffic and all the associated congestion and emissions.
