Q-Park commissioned agency Veritas to independently assess the Belgian parking facilities Q-Park Handelsbeurs, Q-Park Kooldok and Q-Park Steendok against the applicable EPSA Gold Checklist. These three car parks passed the ESPA Gold level with flying colours.

Naturally, like all Q-Park car parks, they are operated in accordance with the Q-Park Quality in parking principles.

The European Parking Standard Award (ESPA) was established by the European Parking Association (EPA) to improve the quality of service provided by the parking industry to its customers. It should be clear that car parks complying with ESPA invite visitors to leave their cars in a reliable environment. The ESPA is awarded to publicly accessible car parks that meet a set of quality requirements to provide visitors with a safe and comfortable parking service. From 2022, new criteria against which car parks are assessed will come into force. In this, Mobility Hub and Sustainability components are additional criteria that can be scored against previous criteria lists.
